Delete your DESK account
This page explains how to delete your account for DESK (Android app com.stocktradersbot.desk, by Stock Traders Bot) and its data.
How to request deletion
- In the app (coming soon): Settings → Account → Delete account.
- By email: send a message from the email address on your account to appdevelopementforyou@gmail.com with the subject "DESK account deletion request". We'll confirm and complete it within 30 days.
Cancel your subscription separately so you aren't billed again: in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) or in the Stripe customer portal. Deleting your account doesn't cancel billing by itself.
What gets deleted
- Your account (email, name, Google sign-in identifier) and sessions.
- Your private DESK server and everything on it: your brokerage API token and account ID, bot settings, positions, and trade history. You can ask for an export of your trade logs before deletion.
What we keep
- Purchase and subscription records that tax and accounting laws require (for example, transaction date, amount, and order ID), for as long as the law requires. [LEGAL REVIEW: retention period.]
- Technical server logs, which are deleted automatically within 14 days.
