1. The service

DESK is subscription software. It runs an automated trading strategy on a private server we host for you, connected to a brokerage account that you own and control. New servers start in paper (simulated) mode. [LEGAL REVIEW: investment-adviser and registration questions.]

2. Subscription, trial, and billing

• Price: $49.99 per month, renewing automatically until you cancel. Taxes may apply.
• New customers get a 35-day free trial, limited to one per person. Billing starts when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• One subscription covers both Android and desktop. On Android it's billed through Google Play. On desktop it's billed through Stripe.
• Cancel anytime: in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) or in the Stripe customer portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. [LEGAL REVIEW: refund policy.]

3. Your brokerage account and risk

You're responsible for your brokerage account, your settings, and whether you turn on live trading. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past or paper results don't guarantee future results. DESK isn't investment advice. [LEGAL REVIEW: full risk disclosure, limitation of liability.]

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, share accounts, attack the servers, or resell access. [LEGAL REVIEW]

5. Termination and data

If a subscription lapses, we suspend your server and delete it after a grace period. You can delete your account at any time. [LEGAL REVIEW]
