Privacy Policy

This policy covers the DESK Android app (com.stocktradersbot.desk), the DESK web app at app.stocktradersbot.com, and the private DESK servers we run for subscribers. All of these are operated by Stock Traders Bot (stocktradersbot.com) ("we", "us").

What we collect

• Account: your email address and name, and your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google. We use this to create and secure your account.
• Subscription and purchases: your subscription status, trial dates, and purchase or subscription identifiers from Google Play or Stripe. Google Play and Stripe process your payment details. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Brokerage connection: if you connect a brokerage account (for example Tradier), we store your API access token and account ID only on your own private DESK server, encrypted at rest. They aren't stored in our central account database or in logs.
• Trading activity: your bot settings, positions, orders, and paper or live trade history, kept on your private DESK server so the dashboard can show them to you.
• Technical logs: IP address, date/time, and requested page, kept for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

We use this information to provide the service: signing you in, checking your subscription, running and showing your bot, security, and support. We don't sell personal information. We don't use it for advertising, and there's no third-party tracking or analytics in the app.

Who we share it with

Only service providers we need to run DESK: Google (sign-in, Google Play Billing), Stripe (desktop billing), DigitalOcean (server hosting), and your broker when you ask DESK to connect to it. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Retention

We keep technical logs for no more than 14 days. We keep account and server data while your account is active. If a subscription lapses, your private server is suspended and then deleted after a grace period ([14] days). When you delete your account, we delete your account data and your private server. We keep only the purchase records that tax and accounting laws require us to keep.

Your choices

You can disconnect your brokerage account, cancel your subscription in Google Play or the Stripe customer portal, or delete your account at any time.

Security

All connections use encryption in transit (HTTPS). Each subscriber's server has its own separate credentials.

Children

DESK is for adults 18 and over. It isn't directed at children.
